APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Reservations are recommended to protect you preferred visit time. When calling to reserve your appointment, please have a credit card available. If it is necessary to reschedule your appointment, please allow 48 hours notice. To avoid charges please honor our 24-hour cancellation policy.

ARRIVAL TIME
To enjoy your experience to the fullest, we recommend you arrive 40 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to check in, change and utilize the amenities. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

HEALTH
Please notify the staff if you have a severe medical condition or are pregnant as some treatments may need to be avoided.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
To maintain a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere we ask that cellular phones and pagers be turned off. At this time we are not able to accommodate children unless under special arrangement with the Spa Director. Please keep valuables with you at all times, as the spa is not responsible for missing items.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating a behavior that is inappropriate.

Your comfort is our ultimate goal. Your feedback with the Service Provider is essential in providing you the optimum treatment experience.
